Void where prohibited. Membership is at the sole discretion of Krutz Family Cellars, and *may be cancelled any time after payment and receipt of the first Club sampler shipment. It is a Member’s responsibility to notify the winery of cancellation or changes in contact, shipping, and/or payment information. Wine can only be sold directly to customers in states that have passed reciprocal shipping legislation, and further restrictions and limitations may apply. Must be 21 years of age to purchase and receive shipments of wine; a signature of an adult is required at time of delivery. Memberships must be cancelled 14 days prior to a shipment. The credit card holder agrees that their card will be billed for cost of wine and/or merchandise ordered plus any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling prior to shipping, and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in the card issuer’s contract. The customer authorizes the winery to act as agent to engage a common carrier but is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. Wines for pick-up will be held for 45 days but then shipped to the customer with the shipping billed to them at cost.
Membership is no cost to join and can be cancelled at any time with 30-Days notice.
Discounts apply to current release wines and merchandise only. Excludes items on sale, gift collections, library wine releases, large format bottles, or limited special bottlings unless otherwise noted.
