Order Tracking

Shipping
Standard Ground Shipping The standard shipping option for all orders (excluding MD, NJ, NY, DC ) is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 3 - 6 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.  FedEx (FXG) will be used in other states or by request.  California and Nevada orders have option for GSO (Golden State Overnight).

Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. High temperatures may cause your wine to leak or extreme cold can freeze your wine during shipment.  By placing an online order you are accepting the responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment. If you live in an area where the current ambient temperature is near freezing in Winter or above 75 degrees in Summer, will will attempt to ship via climate controlled trucks which can take 7-10 business days to arrive.  You may also choose to ship either 1 or 2 day shipping. Be absolutely sure that an adult is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day, as wine orders require the signature of an adult, 21 years or older.

AL AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO. MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WA, WV, WI, WY
  • Currently, alcohol laws restrict shipments to the following states: DE, KY, MS, UT
  • Hawaii and Alaska require  UPS 2 Day Air
  • Alabama requires shipment to an ABC Store

Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult, 21 years or older.

Please contact us by telephone at (707) 319-1671 prior to returning a purchase so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
