Fermented in 100% new French oak, this Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with tropical aromatics of stone fruits and melons. The flavors of honeydew melon, white peach and a touch of citrus all are found woven through this rare, old vine Sauvignon Blanc from the Napa Valley.Vineyard Notes
Melrose Vineyard is located on the Napa Valley floor in Rutherford off of the south side of Zinfandel Lane. There are 82 acres of vines consisting of rare old vine Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot. It was acquired by Andy Beckstoffer in 1973.| Vintage | 2022 |
